Bradshaw Residential Maintenance Program

Bradshaw Air Conditioning and Refrigeration services the residential market, providing installation and service work for air conditioning systems.

Bradshaw Air Conditioning Maintenance Program

An air conditioning system requires regular maintenance for the unit to function effectively and efficiently throughout its years of service. Without maintenance programs, expect to see a steady decline in air conditioning performance, increasing the energy use. Here is a link with additional information regarding the importance of regular maintenance and repair work and how YOU can also help maintain the efficiency of your air conditioning unit.

What to expect

With every brand new Bradshaw Air Conditioning installation, we want to ensure that you will get the most out of your system. To achieve this the Bradshaw Air Conditioning Maintenance Program includes the following:

  • Filter and drain clean

  • Condenser and evaporator coil clean

  • Check refrigerant pressure

  • Check electrical connections

  • Check running amps of compressor and fan motors

  • Coil and unit corrosion protection

Prior to any additional repair work (where required), a quote will be provided and the scope of work discussed, so you are aware of what is needed for your system, what you are paying for and why.

It's easy!

When you become apart of our Bradshaw Residential Maintenace Program, you will receive minimum two service visits per year. A Bradshaw team member will contact you via email or phone prior to your air conditioning service due date to schedule an appropriate day and time.
